I had a spot that I think was Eczema. I used this cream faithfully for 5 days and no more itching. It’s amazing.

I find Dermoia to be better than most treatment creams. Unfortunately, I have eczema on my face. I wish the cream was more hydrating, because I do experience cracking, dryness. The itching is reduced, but of course not eliminated. I continue to use another high end facial cream to moisturize with this cream also.
